President/Registered Professional Land Surveyor (R.P.L.S)/Professional Engineer (P.E.)
Victor has been the CEO of Turley Associates, Inc. for over 48 years. His job encompasses many things, with his specialties being long range planning and structural design. While he is busy with the day-to-day responsibilities of being the owner, he is always available for his favorite thing at Turley’s, the people. In his spare time, he enjoys caring for his horses.
Alexis Turley C.P.A.
Vice President
Alexis has enjoyed working at Turley Associates, Inc. for the past 40 years. She is the company’s CFO and Controller. She makes sure that our finances are always in line and the IRS stays happy! Her favorite thing about Turley Associates, Inc. are our amazing employees. Her favorite pastime, when she is not balancing ledgers, is taking care of and training her horses.
BJ Little, R.P.L.S.
BJ has been with Turley Associates, Inc. for 20 years, and in that period, he has made a massive impact on the company as our manager. He is responsible for client relations, employees, and project management, just to name a few. While he wears many hats as the Turley Associates, Inc. Vice President of Operations, he always ensures that his coworkers are taken care of. In his off time, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing practical jokes.
William Longbotham
Construction Survey Coordinator
Will has been with Turley Associates, Inc. for 33 years. During that period he has moved his way up from a field rodman, all the way to our main Construction Survey Coordinator. He has experience and knowledge in every facet of the survey world which has made him invaluable to our team. In his spare time, he can be found at his favorite camping grounds, hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.
Klinton Farmer
Residential Survey Coordinator
Klinton has been with Turley Associates, Inc. for 10 years. He started out in the field as a Rodman and quickly worked his way up the ranks. His knowledge of the field coupled with his constant flow of new tasks has aided him in his growth with us. Outside of work he can be found at any of his kid’s sports events, hunting, or fishing.
Marcus Garza, S.I.T.
Surveyor in Training (S.I.T.)
Marcus has been with Turley Associates, Inc. for 12 years. Working with both our surveying and engineering teams, his invaluable knowledge drives our team to grow each and every day. In his free time, Marcus can be found spending time with his wife and 2 children, camping, and enjoying God’s Creations.
Shaila Butler
Office Manager
Shaila has been with Turley Associates, Inc. for 26 years. She oversees the day-to-day operations and keeps us all running. She is the backbone of our office and supports everyone by keeping up with our administrative systems, procedures, policies, and projects. She assists in payroll as well as account receivables and payables. While juggling all the above she manages to squeeze in her favorite activities; family time, traveling, and cooking.
Will Sisco, P.E.
Professional Engineer/Project Manager
Will has been a part of the Turley Associates, Inc. family for over 12 years. As our lead Engineer he oversees and manages projects, designs, and develops commercial and residential properties. His primary focus is commercial and multi-family. He keeps our projects running and on tract. His favorite thing about Turley Associates, Inc. is the freedom we are given to expand our own horizons, we are never limited, and there is always a teammate willing to help when the going gets tough. He loves spending time with his family, roaming the great outdoors, and golfing.
Sharon Dunlap, R.P.L.S., P.E
Registered Professional Land Surveyor (R.P.L.S.) and Professional Engineer (P.E.)
Sharon has been with the Turley Associates, Inc. team for over 2 years. Her vast knowledge in the surveying field shows promotes an extensive learning environment for all of our surveying staff and S.I.T.’s.
Meagan Buckley, P.E.
Professional Engineer/Project Engineer
Meagan has been with Turley Associates, Inc. for 5 years. She specializes in Commercial and Residential development. She assists our lead Engineer in his commercial projects and maintains our client relations. She loves working for a firm that is well known in the community as a company that takes pride in our work and produces splendid work. Her favorite activities outside of Turley Associates, Inc. are hiking and being outdoors in general.
Kendell Wimberly, P.E.
Professional Engineer/ Project Engineer
Kendell has enjoyed working at Turley Associates, Inc. for the past 5 years. He focuses on our Commercial and Residential design, while balancing a demanding workload. His favorite thing at Turley Associates, Inc. is the community feel between our staff and clients. When he isn’t plugging away at work, he can be found hunting, working around the house, and being around his community of family and friends.
Colby Adams, S.I.T./E.I.T
Surveyor in Training (S.I.T.) and Engineer in Training (E.I.T.)
Colby is brand new to the Turley Associates, Inc. team. As a recent graduate, Colby hopes to further his knowledge in surveying and engineering while working with our staff. Working closely with our surveying team, Colby assists in pushing the team to meet new goals and solve day to day issues. In his free time, you can catch Colby hunting, fishing, and hanging out with friends and family.
